DreamHost has just got hacked. They realized that their main database has been hacked. You can get the news from them here.

They're requesting from their clients to change their FTP and Shell accounts. Hackers probably stole the whole password database. The interesting things is, why they're stored in plain text?

If you're a DreamHost customer who use the same password for everywhere, now it's time to update your password.
